SPF 泵为内置轴承自吸三螺杆泵，经表面氮化硬化处理的螺杆，螺杆泵体表面特殊处理，硬度为63HRC；装在一可更换的衬套内运转。主杆采用液压平衡，从杆的轴向力支撑在后盖上，并由液压力驱动旋转，因而螺杆型面仅传递液压扭矩，并不受力，也无磨损，对全部传动零件而言，均由被输送介质润滑。主杆的径向由平衡活塞定位，且借助于平衡活塞和轴套的间隙使高压腔和密封腔分开，在密封腔内装有机械密封，腔内的油液回油孔与泵的吸入腔相通，因而不受排出压力的影响。所有滑动部件由介质润滑。轴封是采用机械密封，无泄漏且无须维修。密封室和吸进室由一个内部回路连接。轴封上的输出压力是独立，只有产生吸收压力。泵和电机由支架连接。当螺旋转动时，密封室的三个螺旋作轴向的完全连续的运动。螺旋转动不会引起震动。在挤压之外，密封室容量不变。结构设计和运转的稳定性，保证了螺杆泵操作很低的噪音和无脉动。
泵由支架、联轴器与电机联接和驱动，（如规格20 型），亦可壁式安装（如规格40 型）。
四、特点
可选择径向或轴向吸油口，SAE法兰BSPP或螺纹连接；
螺杆泵外部护套（可选）材质为AMSE标准，可根据API标准制造；
螺杆硬度为63HRC，超精密加工；
介质的最低允许黏度为2cst，最高1000cst,允许最大颗粒物30um.

适于输送燃料油、润滑油、液压油或其它润滑性液体，所输介质中不得含有任何磨料颗粒和对泵材料有
