我公司生产的NYP高粘度泵用作高粘度打胶泵是非常合适的泵从结构上看:自吸性能强,适用于输送不含固体颗粒和纤维的粘稠液体,甚至是半固体状态的液体,最高输送粘度达到3*105厘泊。具有体积小、重量轻、脉动小、噪音低、运转平稳、寿命长等优点。NYP high viscosity of the inner ring type pump is a kind of positive displacement 高粘度泵是容积式内啮合齿轮泵,主动齿轮(外转子)带动被动齿轮(内转子)旋转时,不断产生封闭的空间,在吸油区齿轮逐渐脱离啮合而液体不断地充满齿间并被带到出油区,齿轮在出油区进入啮合时液体被排出。两个旋转齿轮的共同作用,形成一个稳定的体积排量,没有脉动。由于泵是完全对称的,泵可以反转,液流方向也随之改变。但应注意,泵的转向可能受到密封或泵内其它结构的限制,用户有反转要求时应在订货时做出说明。 ●高粘度泵优点: 转子泵的轴向位置可调,不需要拆泵。 泵采用模块化设计,可根据不同的使用要求更换不同部件。可选夹层结构,以方便对泵加热或冷却,可以选择是否带安全阀,可以选择不同的密封形式,详见密封结构图。泵的各个零件可以选用不同的材质以适应具体使用要求。 不同的使用条件,泵的结构形式可能不同,具体应用请向厂家或本公司客户代表咨询。需要指出的是泵的转速愈高,泵的磨损愈严重,液体中如含有磨料物质,泵的材料应选用耐磨材质,在此种工况下,泵的压力和转速都应降低,高温条件下,则应增加泵的间隙,并采用耐热材料 。 流动稳定:流量与齿轮转速成正比,与压力无关 流动平稳:没有脉动和压力波峰,不会产生管道颤动。 多功能性:仅仅通过调整转子轴的位置,同一台泵既可以出来稀释溶液又可以出来沥青,糖浆,树脂,聚合物等高粘度液体。 可逆性:可以通过改变齿轮的旋转方向使液体反向流动,两种方向都能充分发挥泵的性能 自吸性:由泵产生高真空,允许在最大自吸高度实现快速自吸,取决于泵送液体的物理特性(温度,蒸汽压力,粘度等)。 建议性:只有两个活动部件:主动轮和动轮,只有一个轴封。 坚固的重载结构:低转速。特大球轴承的外部轴承座可以承受轴向和径向负载。 磨损率低:由于主动轮和从动齿轮不成倍数关系。这就意味着磨损可以被均匀的分散在每个齿轮上。因为一个齿轮上的每一个齿轮接触另一个齿轮上的每一个齿轮的次数一样。 磨损调节系统:转子边缘的磨损可以通过调整转子轴的位置来补偿。这样,即使在有相当大的磨损的情况下,也可以保证泵的稳定性。 维护简单,维护率低:不用移动泵,管道或泵驱动装置就可以进行检查和调节。 互动性:标准组件的设计可实现不同材料和特性零部件之间的替换。例如:有多种轴封系统可供选择,还可以安装带夹套的外壳和轴盖来代替标准部件。 端口位置可改变:泵壳可在轴承箱上旋转以从不同位置处吸排液体。 预热:加热夹套或是与外壳铸成一体,或是安装在端盖上,或是安装在填料压盖上。 旁路安全阀:旁路安全阀安装在泵上并且容易调节,在有些型号的泵上采取双重安全阀并带加热夹套。 1, select the work pressure 高粘度泵额定的压力是指泵连续工作时的最高许用压力,而其工作压力则决定于外部负载,安装和调试的寿命与其工作压力直接相关。对于不频繁工作的齿轮泵,其工作压力可取为泵的额定压力,考虑到产品质量不同,最好将额定压力降低20%~30%使用。对于经常工作于较高压力下的齿轮泵,其工作压力应比泵的额定压力低1~2个压力级。石油化工设备常常是24小时连续运转,这时泵的工作压力应该取得比额定压力低得多,且工作转速也应该低于额定转速。如果高粘度齿轮泵的工作压力调整过高,则会使齿轮泵在超负荷下运行。High speed.If the high viscosity gear pump high pressure adjustment, will make the pump running under overload. ●NYP高粘度泵的安装与试运转 Installation and commissioning 高粘度泵的支座或法兰与其驱动电机应采用共同的安装基础,基础、法兰或支座均需具有足够的刚度,以减小齿轮泵运转时产生的振动和噪声。电动机与齿轮泵须用弹性联轴器连接,同轴度小于0.1毫米,倾斜角不得大于1度。安装联轴器时不得用锤敲打,以免伤害齿轮泵的齿轮等零件。若用带轮、链轮等驱动时应设托架支承,以防主动齿轮轴承受径向力。紧固齿轮泵、电动机的地脚螺钉时,螺钉受力应均匀,连接可靠。用手转动联轴器时,应感觉到齿轮泵能够轻松地转动,没有卡紧等异常现象出现,然后才可以配管。高粘度齿轮泵的吸油管道内径应足够大,并避免狭窄通道或急剧拐弯、弯头,去除不必要的阀门、附件,尽可能地降低泵的安装高度,缩短吸油管道的长度,以减少压力损失。管接头等元件的密封要良好,以防止空气侵入,从而控制气穴与气蚀的发生。在开始运转前,往齿轮泵的壳体内灌满待输送的液体,便于安全动。若环境温度低于冰点,应预先向泵内通入热蒸汽,进行预热处理,然后才可启动齿轮泵。齿轮泵的旋转方向要与进、出油口相符。齿轮泵若是第一次运行,或长期闲置后再使用,最好在空载或小负荷情况下先跑合一小时左右。如果在跑合阶段预先觉出异常温升、泄漏、振动和噪声时,应机检查。高粘度泵的出口管路上还应当设置安全阀等保护装置,这样一旦泵的出口通道发生堵塞,就可以打开安全阀卸压。对于需要正反转的高粘度齿轮泵,其进出口管路上均需设置安全阀。High reduce the installation height of pump, shorten the length of the oil suction pipe, in order to reduce the pressure loss.Components, such as pipe joint sealed well, in order to prevent the air intrusion, thus control air-pocket and the occurrence of cavitation.Before starting operation, to gear pump casing filled with liquid, easy to safety.If the environment temperature is below freezing, should advance to pump into the hot steam, preheating treatment, and then to start the pump.Direction of rotation of the gear pump, oil outlet in accord.Gear pump is the first run, or long-term idle before using, had better under the condition of no load or small load to run one hour or so.If in the running-in stage in advance the abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise, should machine inspection.High viscosity of the pump outlet pipe also shall set up relief valve or other protective device on the road, so that once the clogging pump export channels, can open the relief valve pressure relief.For high viscosity gear pump need positive &negative, import and export all needs to set up the line safety valve.
